  • Render logistical and administrative support for the Corporate Communications team
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including vendors and suppliers
  • Manage department head’s calendar and meeting schedules
  • Draft correspondences and prepare reports and meeting papers
  • Assist in news monitoring and reporting
  • Maintain media and contact database
  • Update and coordinate all corporate information such as website content, photo archives etc.
  • Assist in organizing corporate events and provide onsite support
  • Handle donation requests
  • Maintain departmental budget
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required


  • Bachelor degree in Public Relations / Marketing / Journalism or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably acquired from large corporations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to suggest and implement ideas to increase efficiency
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Works well independently and as a team player
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work overtime
  • High proficiency in English and Chinese writing and verbal skills
