To provide support mainly on following functions

  • Assist in the publication works of the Institution's publications, including the Journals
  • Coordinate with various parties, including authors, copyeditors, design agency, engineering organisations, appointed editors, etc for the production of the publications
  • Proofread typeset copies and blueprint
  • Provide support for the arrangement of online version of the publications
  • Arrange printing and distribution for the publications with the publishing/printing house and lettershopping house
  • Observe relevant advertisement ordinance and regulations


  • Degree holder in Communications/Translation/Language/Journalism is preferable
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing, hands-on experience in web content management system, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multi-tasks independently
