Corporate Compliance Assistant Manager

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited


  • To provide compliance advices and support on the daily operations, new business initiatives and insurance products
  • To review and maintain the internal policies and procedures to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
  • To conduct regular assessments and reviews on compliance issues such as AML, FATCA, CRS, personal data issues, related party transactions and outsourcing etc
  • To assist in preparing Chinese compliance reports to management and Group Company
  • To handle enquiries from regulators
  • To conduct internal trainings on compliance issues to enhance the compliance consciousness of all staff levels
  • To handle any ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Work base in Headquarter (Hung Hom)


  • Degree holder in Law, Accounting or other related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4-6 years compliance experience in financial institutions with experience in life insurance companies is a must
  • Sound knowledge of insurance and related regulatory requirements
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communications skills
  • Motivated, problem-solving and details oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as part of the team
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
