Corporate Finance Manager / Assistant Manager

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification such as HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in corporate finance function, preferably

in listed companies and with experience in liaising with banks / securities firms / Private Equities

Familiar with Companies Ordinance and the Hong Kong Listing Rules

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills, e.g. Excel, MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English

Job Duties:

  • Handling various corporate actions
  • Performing business planning, financial modeling and due diligence, financial budgeting and cash flow projection and commentary analysis or other ad hoc assignment
  • Liaising with external professional parties such as bankers, lawyers and consultants
  • Providing strategic support and business expansion for corporate development
  • Occasional travel is required
