Corporate Finance Manager

Directly report to CFO

  • Responsible for providing executive secretarial support to CFO and Finance team
  • Monitor projects to ensure timelines are met
  • Perform financial analysis for CFO review
  • Conduct research on financial news updates
  • Key contact point to liaise internally and externally on behalf of finance team
  • Assist in general administration, document handling, database update and clerical work
  • Assist CFO to lead the company's financial management, cost and expense management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit monitoring, inventory control and other aspects
  • Assist in reviewing major business plans, economic contracts, economic agreements, etc. involving financial revenues and expenditures
  • Collect all aspects of information required by the CFO, organize and analyze them, supervise the relevant personnel to handle the matters, and report to the CFO on a regular basis
  • Work closely with the CFO on special projects and Audit and Finance & Investment Committee activities
  • Assist in handling corporate finance initiatives including M&A, financial advisory and fund raising activities
  • participate on deal life cycle including due diligence, execution process and assist in listing rules compliance issues

Secretary work

  • Preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meeting participants (internal and external), and managing meeting reminder as needed
  • Prepare draft internal reports and presentations, including organisational bulletins, general memos, Powerpoint, and board reports, etc
  • Handle statutory documents filing
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


  • Native Mandarin is a MUST and fluent in English and Cantonese
  • 5-8 years relevant working experience in audit firm is preferred
  • Detail minded, can work under pressure
  • Knowledge in financial analysis, CPA/ACCA is a definite advantage
  • Have good organizational and coordination skills, communication skills and pressure bearing capabilities, and have strong management skills and cross-departmental communication skills;
  • Strong financial statistics, analysis and forecasting ability, and obtaining qualification certificates such as certified public accountants is preferred;
  • Strong execution ability and teamwork ability;
  • Comply with confidentiality regulations, be loyal to the company, and protect the company's interests.
  • Experience in M&A within capital intensive industry
  • Superb financial modelling skills and presentation skills
