To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for a number of high caliber candidates to fill the following positions:- 

Corporate Finance V Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate finance projects including IPOs, financial advisory on mergers and acquisitions, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related transactions
  • Assist in preparing pitch books and executing transactions and conducting due diligence 
  • Prepare listing documents and draft announcements and circulars
  • Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with respective implementation of projects

Requirements:

  • A degree holder in Accounting/ Law/ Finance/ Business Administration
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
