Job Description:

Our client is one of the leading property developers in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for high caliber to join their C&B HR team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the daily HR account servicing
  • Assist the payroll function and prepare ad hoc payments
  • Administer various compensation & benefit programs such as home passage, relocation process, education allowance, annual exchange rate adjustment, company debentures, notional share options plan, etc
  • Handle tax issues such as preparation of notional tax calculation, answering enquires from IRD, etc

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained from sizeable organizations
  • Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance, knowledge in China Individual Income Tax rules is an advantage
  • Strong figure sense and with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
