Corporate Manager / Senior Company Secretarial Officer

  • A minimum of 5 years experience with corporate service consultancy
  • Student member or member of HKICS / ICSA / is a MUST
  • Solid knowledge of HK company ordinances
  • Must be able to draft documents independently, self-initiative, good team player and strong customer service mindset
  • Experience in listed company is desirable
  • Good time management, respect deadline, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarinis preferable
  • PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Microgen is a plus
  • IMMEDIATE availability preferred

Job Duties:
  • Incorporation Hong Kong and offshore companies
  • Preparing companies' documents such as share transfer, annual return AGM, resolution, etc
  • Preparing and filing CR form to the Companies Registry
  • Providing advice to clients on company secretarial matters
  • Maintaining statutory filling and records
  • Supporting of clients' companies and providing follow up on compliance work
  • Liaising with bank during bank account opening
  • Meeting and dealing directly with clients
  • Issuing invoices to clients and group companies
