Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To provide full spectrum of corporate secretarial support, including liaison with resident agent for overseas companies of the Group;
  • To ensure full compliance with thelegalrules and statutory requirements to meet business objectives and maintain proper record;
  • To ensure properly submit of annual return, statutory changes with Company Registries, renewal of licenses for HK companies and offshore companies;
  • To organize Board of Directors’ meeting, provide logistic support and to prepare minutes/resolutions of board of directors.

Requirements:

  • College graduate in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in corporate secretarial duties;
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS is a must
  • Member of HKICPA will be an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Occasional overseas traveling may be required.
