Corporate Secretarial Clerk


  • 5-day week

Job Description

  • Report directly to Senior and Manager of Corporate Services Department
  • Perform full spectrum of company secretarial duties for both Hong Kong and offshore companies and manage a portfolio of clients with minimum supervision
  • Prepare and arrange submission of statutory filings and organize Government fee payments
  • Provide office/admin support to the Department
  • Solicit resources and information with bankers and related service providers
  • Handle applications with banks and Government departments
  • Maintain and update statutory records


  • Holder of Higher Diploma in Corporate Governance or equivalent
  • Student member of HKICSA
  • 3 years’ working experience with at least 1 year’s relevant company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firms
  • Knowledge of CSA software
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
  • With result-oriented mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
