Corporate Secretarial Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a wide range of company secretarial duties for our clients, including preparing minutes and resolutions, handling corporate documentation and liaising with clients, bankers, other professional advisors and various government authorities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Supervise junior staff.
  • Other job related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Well-versed and experienced in all aspects of company secretarial practice under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and the major offshore Companies Ordinances.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with CSA software operation and proficiency in Microsoft office (including Chinese Word processing).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
  • ICSA / HKICS member with degree or equivalent qualifications is preferred, but not compulsory.
  • Three to five years (or more) of company secretarial experiences with a Corporate Services Company, CPA Firm or Legal Firm.
