Corporate Services Assistant - Purchasing (Food & Beverage)

(Long Term Contract)

The incumbent will be responsible for the daily purchases of food & beverage products, delivery and complaints follow up, conducting quotation/tender exercises, maintaining purchase and supplier information, preparation of purchase reports and assume any other ad hoc duties as assigned.


-Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management/ Business Studies /Logistics Management / Hotel Management or equivalent
-With at least 1 year’s purchasing/administrative experience in a sizable organization
-Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Access and internet applications
-Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
-Responsible, pleasant and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
-Able to work on multiple projects and under pressure
