Corporate Services Officer

  • Assist in providing daily office operations and services:
    • including Office Supplies Management, Facilities Management, Mailing & Courier Services Management, Office Safety and Security Handling etc;
  • Responsible for storage and inventory management and procurement activities, including but not limited to sourcing, vendor due diligence, issuing Purchase Order, invoice handling
  • May require to have outdoor work when needed
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and / or special events that are assigned by the Department Head



  • Diploma or degree holder in relevant disciplines
  • 3-year relevant experience in administration, facilities management or procurement from MNC or sizable organization
  • Reliable, self-motivated and highly committed individual with a positive working attitude
  • Meticulous, well organized, a good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Mature, and have the ability to multitask and can handle a fast paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to work with people at different levels independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
