As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will leverage talent acquisition and business partner experience to build the talent pipeline as well as insightful talent recommendations to the whole organisation.
About the role
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from talent attraction to offer generation/on boarding and induction
Perform as business partner with management team (Commercial and HR) to be able to identify talents, manpower planning, and structuring
Provide strategic advise to business on talent acquisition, performance management, staff development, etc
Implement an employment branding strategy that enhances company's visibility to attract target candidates
Initiate, create and drive the talent projects across HR teams
About the person
Bachelor degree holder with human resources or related disciplines
With over 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment functions preferred
Demonstrated ability to shape and influence ideas and actions of other
Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (preferred)
