Corporate Travel Consultant
Job Matcher- Perform jobs according to the instructions provided by the supervisors
- Answer customers’ enquiry about travel-related information such as flight schedule, air fares and routes, etc; as well as promote the suitable products and services to them
- Make air-tickets and hotel reservation according to customers’ requirement; process and follow customers’ bookings
- Examine flight schedules and hotel facilities, and update the related information
- Issues and check tickets, vouchers and other documents
- Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor
- Senior Secondary Level (HKCEE/HKDSE) or above
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of reservation and ticketing system (Sabre, Amadeus, Internet booking tools)
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Polite, good telephone manner and customer-oriented
- Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Willing to perform on-call support duty during non-office hour as required
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Corporate Travel Consultant
