Corporate Travel Coordinator

  • Perform comprehensive travel arrangements e.g. ticketing, accommodation & transportation reservations, visa application, destination information etc.
  • Compare fare and rate for the most cost-efficient bookings
  • Maintain knowledge of airline rules and regulations and other industry requirements. Accurately applies this information when making travel arrangements
  • Inform supervisor of all matters of significance and take prompt corrective action when necessary
  • Maintain booking records
  • Check invoices and prepare debit notes
  • Check travel expenses claim submitted by staff
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned




  • F.7 or above with minimum 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Sound travel product and fare knowledge with good PC literacy
  • Accuracy essential & must possess the ability to manage very intensive travel bookings and work within tight schedule constraints
  • Good judgment & skills to resolve conflicts and respond promptly to the ever-changing demands of travelers, as well as maintain a professional demeanor at all time
  • With high level of personal integrity and good communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
