The appointee is expected to ensure that the F&B team on food cost control, pricing, procurement issues, hygiene practice within the outlet operations managed in line with company expectations. Duties include but are not limited to prepare monthly inventory report, liaise with F&B team to collect useful data and to analyze for performance review, forecasting and planning. The appointee is responsible for handling procurement for operations, and to ensure compliance with food hygiene and sanitation standards.
Applicant should possess tertiary qualification, preferably with 3-5 years experience in costing or procurement roles. Applicant who have vocational higher diploma in accounting, supply chain or purchasing and supply management or related discipline. Applicant should possess proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independent, self reliant and adaptable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
