  • Handle daily counter transactions including deposits and cheque clearing etc
  • Prepare and review account opening documentation, check/verity, follow up pending documents and perform system input
  • Provide high quality of services to customers enquiries in a professional manner as well as direct customers to relevant department in the bank for follow up when necessary
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
  • Handle internal and external enquiries and service requests

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • Associate Degree or Higher Diploma or equivalent academic qualification
  • At least 1 years’ relevant working experience in banking industry
  • Customer-focused with mature mindset to deal with clients
  • Passion to learn, strive for accuracy, willingness to handle routine work
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to work in team as well as to work independently
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Good command of Chinese (Mandarin) will be an asset
