COUNTER SERVICE SUPPORT (TELLER) – CASH & DEPOSITS DEPARTMENT

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform counter services to our corporate customers
  • Process collected cheque clearing and various fees collection
  • Handle inward and outward clearing cheques, autopay, and HKICL clearing process
  • Prepare Cashier’s Orders and support Deposit Team whenever needed
  • Check inward clearing cheques including signature verification and details on cheques
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, filings and ad hoc reports, etc.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s counter service or customer service experience gained from banking industry
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Clearing House rules and practices
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player with excellent customer services skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using PC and MS Word & Excel
