Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for handling counter transactions and assisting in back office duties. You will also provide quality customer services and promote our Retail Banking products to the customers.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with at least 2 years' counter services experience
Excellent customer servicing skills
Enthusiastic in promoting and cross-selling banking products
Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities
Good command of both Chinese and English
Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer (Senior Teller).
