Our client, a commercial Banking Group, to cope with their business expansion, they are hiring a Counter Services Officer with below requirements
Handle routine financial services to customers, which includes cash withdraw/ deposit, cheque deposit, fixed deposit and all related counter services
Handle account opening, check and verify all documents and perform system input; Follow up pending documents with customers.
Follow up inactive account and handle close account documentation.
Answer customer inquiries over the counter and telephone in a professional manner, direct customers to relevant departments in the bank for follow up when necessary.
Handle transaction requests from customers over the telephone and email.
Perform daily high writ court checking/ personal and corporate name checking.
Prepare day end balancing.
Provide cross team support in daily operations
Perform clerical tasks such as, filing and microfilm photography.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Form 5 or above with min 3 years of relevant working experience as Teller or Customer Service in banking and finance industry.
Knowledge in AML regulations, and KYC documentations.
Detail minded and customer-oriented.
Good organizational skills and high accuracy.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
