Reporting to the Branch Manager/Assistant Branch Manager/Assistant Customer Services Manager, Counter Services Officer will be responsible for handling counter transactions and assisting in back office duties. They will also provide quality customer services and promote our Retail Banking products to customers.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Holder of University Degree or HKDSE with at least 1 years' working experience
Excellent customer servicing skills
Enthusiastic to developing a career path in Banking
Good command of both Chinese and English
