 Responsibilities:

  • Handle courier-delivered packs including data input, matching, fulfilment and report
  • Follow up the delivery status of each record to ensure the agreed delivery timeline is met
  • Prepare tracking report to courier vendor to trace the daily courier status
  • Co-ordinate with courier vendor and/or internal department on issues of courier operation
  • Monitor the stock level and expiry date of different types of coupons and report to superior for replenishment
  • Verify courier invoice regularly

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1-2 years in courier delivery operations
  • Capable to handle courier delivery of multiple projects concurrently to meet the timeline and requirement
  • Deal with vendors on follow up cases to enable the delivery status is tracked and updated in time
  • Quality conscious to maintain the standard quality and alert to potential mistakes
  • Basic system knowledge with Excel and Word are preferrable
