We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Courier Customer Service Team Lead to join our fun, professional and dedicated Logistics Team based here in Hong Kong. The logistics team is responsible for the management of the walkers and riders team by ensuring efficient daily operations and constantly exploring new angles to further enhance the logistics setup. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the logistics project management team
  • Own the courier satisfaction KPI and react fast on rider/walker's new complain and/or enquiries
  • Act as a liaison between various internal departments on cross-departmental projects
  • Build trust with couriers and tackle the difficult conversations
  • Respond to immediate change in policy and respective communications under special arrangements and situations (e.g. announcement from the government)
  • Responsible for rider/walker engagement activities and projects

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Degree holder in any disciplines
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the customer service field
  • Candidate with team management experience is highly preferred
  • Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skillset
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English is a MUST
