  • An exciting opportunity within the CRCO Change Delivery function as Project Manager (PM) in Hong Kong
  • In partnership with CCO SMEs and other delivery teams, you will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of Compliance Change Projects that are typically transformational in nature, global, technically challenging and diverse in scope and at times provide support to the senior program managers within the team
  • Work closely with business partners to understand the requirements, define approach/scope and monitor the delivery of key deliverables
  • Co-ordinate and support end-to-end project activities covering process changes, testing, training, communication, and transition to BAU activities
  • Align deliverables with overall functional and bank-wide strategies and promote transparency and accountability around the whole spectrum of change delivery
  • Maintain strong positive relationships with partners within the organization and awareness of focus and priorities, including timely status reporting and ensuring risks & issues are raised to as appropriate in a timely fashion
  • Execute governance and control process around project delivery

You Offer

  • At least 5 years of experience with a strong track record of owning and delivering business projects end-to-end within a Financial Services firm or leading consulting firm with a focus on financial services
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, as you will liaise with Mandarin speaking business partners
  • Good exposure to banking products, processes and technology, including Compliance

  • Ability to interact with and manage both working and senior partners (with mentorship)

  • Phenomenal interpersonal, multi-tasking, time management skills and can work under pressure, which enable you to quickly gain trust and deliver effectively towards deadlines
  • Analytical, confident and possess excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
