  • Responsible for debt collection and credit control functions
  • Keep proper records for debt collection
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for accounts receivable settlement
  • Prepare various reports & analysis to support management decisions
  • Report the debt collection status in periodic meeting
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned

Job Skills required:

  • Form 7 with LCCI level II or above
  • Minimum 2 year's relevant working experience in accounts receivable / credit control debt collection
  • Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hands-on experience in using Microsoft Office or other computer software
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skill
  • Familiar with Sun Accounts and Vision system
  • Able to work independently with initiatives
  • Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline
