Credit Control Officer

AMAC Human Resources Consultants

  • Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 3 years of solid working experience in credit risk management
  • Experience gained in the formulation of credit policies and procedures
  • Strong analytic and report writing skills with good business acumen
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications, especially MS Office and Excel
  • Candidate with proven skill and experience may be appointed as Credit
Control Manager

Job Duties:
  • Follow up actively with customer by calls or email on overdue invoices
  • Monitor Aging Report in timely manner and provide alerts to the
management
  • Set up internal credit meeting with internal departments to resolve
customer disputes
  • Conduct customers' site visits and debt chasing when required
  • Make contribution to formulate policies and procedures, work flow
streamlining and automation in relation to debt management
  • Implement action plans and strategies to minimize credit risks and
prevent bad debts
  • Bad debts profile analysis and assist in ad hoc projects and
assignments
