Assist team head to manage the daily collection activities of credit control team and follow up the necessary collection actions so as to minimize delinquent ratio and/ or maximize Bad Debt Recovery
Negotiate with Customers
Handle and investigate complaints from customers
Handle Reporting, ad hoc Projects, System enhancement, UAT, etc
Monitor and Follow up with External Parties such as Debt Collection Agency and/or Law Firm
Work out debt relief plan to the customers in need
Requirements:
Higher Diploma / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above
Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in collection field
Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS applications especially in Excel and Chinese word-processing
Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
