Credit Control Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist team head to manage the daily collection activities of credit control team and follow up the necessary collection actions so as to minimize delinquent ratio and/ or maximize Bad Debt Recovery
• Negotiate with Customers
• Handle and investigate complaints from customers
• Handle Reporting, ad hoc Projects, System enhancement, UAT, etc
• Monitor and Follow up with External Parties such as Debt Collection Agency and/or Law Firm
• Work out debt relief plan to the customers in need

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / DSE / HKCEE graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years’ banking experience in collection field
• Customer oriented, good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS applications especially in Excel and Chinese word-processing
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
