ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise the Credit team to ensure the credit policies and procedures are complied with Management approval and take appropriate actions on overdue amounts
  • Collaborate with other departments in regards with credit control and related issue
  • Review and comment on credit applications for Management approval
  • Verify reports prepared by the Credit team and make appropriate response
  • Ensure the billing instructions of in house guests’ accounts are approved by the Credit team

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with 2 years in similar capacity, preferably in a sizeable luxury hotel
  • Proven managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making
  • Ability to effectively communicate and provide directions in a clear, concise and professional manner in both verbal and written form
  • Proficient MS Excel skills and familiar with Accounting System
