  • Assist in implementing the enhanced risk management framework
  • Provide the risk oversight of credit risk management
  • Take lead to review relevant risk management policies and procedures
  • Improve the work process, risk measurement methodology
  • Conduct regular estimation on IFRS 9 expected credit losses
  • Prepare regular credit MIS and analysis to support business needs
  • Involve in related system enhancement projects, provide users specification and requirements
  • Perform credit risk analytics on the bank’s portfolio
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and related analysis


  • Degree holder or above in Banking / Finance or other related disciplines
  • 2-3 years experience in banking and financial industry
  • Preferably with previous experience in payment operations and accounts settlement
  • Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
  • Mature, self-initiated, able to work multi-tasks and under tight schedule
  • Be a good team player, strong sense of risk management and compliance awareness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
