Role Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Credit Risk to design strategies throughout the credit life-cycle, including acquisition, portfolio management, and collections. Previous credit policy experiences a plus.
  • Responsible for implementation of the agreed strategies into decision engine. Previous decision engine experiences a plus.
  • Deeply understand business logic and build/modify business indicators which can help risk management team to find and locate risk factors accurately.
  • Analyse business data to deeply learn customer behaviour and find improvement points for business growth. Improve our business performance via data driving analysis
  • Perform credit portfolio analysis, prepare periodic and ad-hoc risk reports
  • Design and prepare MIS reporting, conduct data analysis and issues investigation
  • Assist to develop and update relevant risk management and risk control policies or procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local governance requirement and processes

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of consumer credit management experience covering Unsecured Lending
  • Previous acquisitions or portfolio management credit policy experiences, and/or decision engine experiences is a plus.
  • Familiar with SAS, Python, proficient in SQL or at least one scripting language; Strong professional knowledge of data mining
  • Sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record in successful management and ability to manage risk.
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates, and the regulatory requirements
  • Have good technical ability, learning ability, innovation ability, communication ability and teamwork ability.
