Credit Risk Officer, Unsecured Portfolio & Loss Recognition Management

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive portfolio review for credit policies formulation and risk acceptance criteria setting for unsecured product
- Assist to implement policy changes which may relate to pricing, underwriting criteria and account management issues, etc.
- Prepare regular reports to monitor loss impairment level and unsecured portfolio performance in various dimensions, including delinquency, loss and recovery, profitability, new acquisition trends, score performance, etc.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis of the unsecured portfolio across different dimensions for potential improvement in credit loss, product offer, customer segments, profitability and credit procedures, etc.
- Assist to develop new product offers and forecast the profitability and performance of new campaign
- Conduct user acceptance test and coordinate the implementation of new product offers or any policy changes with system support
Requirements
- University degree holder or above in Business Administration, Risk Management, Statistics or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year of experience in consumer finance or personal lending industry is preferable
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or any risk management related qualification is preferable
- Solid knowledge in data analytics is an advantage
- Proficient in SAS, SQL or Excel VBA Programming skill
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Credit Risk Analyst
