Hang Seng's Operations is a team of experienced banking operations professionals who strive for delivering time-to-market, efficient and world-class processing services to corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

Credit Services supports the processing and credit monitoring of a full range of lending products, including mortgages, overdraft, trade and business loans for corporate customers of Commercial Banking and Global Banking. 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Credit Services Manager.

Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sizable team to ensure operational targets are met.  Plan and manage resources to ensure highly efficient operations
  • Give advice and technical support in relation to credit documentation and loan processing
  • Ensure the operations are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and drive implementation of projects and business initiatives
  • Collaborate with business units and functional departments for the delivery of credit operational support  


  • University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant banking experience, especially in credit operations with good understanding of credit documentation procedures
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and people management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
