JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Administer credit process and policies of hotel and set credit limit for hotel guests, travel agents and corporate clients
2. Oversee the accounts receivable, credit and bill collection functions; Ensure a timely credit collection of all outstanding accounts
3. Monitor credit limits of all outstanding accounts
4. Control the credit card systems of the hotel
5. Follow up on all overdue accounts and settle account disputes (include issuance of reminders, warning letters, etc.)

 

REQUIREMENTS


1. Bachelor Degree, Associate Degree or diploma holder in Accounting or related disciplines
2. Previous work experience in hotel credit and collection operations is required
3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
4. Proficient in Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office
5. Good numerical sense and attention to details
6. A good team player who is self-motivated, hardworking and responsible
