Job Description

  • Work closely with cross-departments and external vendor to plan and implement CRM development and launch
  • Manage overall CRM planning, strategy, development roadmap, roll-out schedule, to drive member acquisition and loyalty
  • Design and manage workflow, on-going marketing and in-store activities, preparing training and briefing material to frontline staff to ensure smooth implementation of CRM initiatives across stores
  • Collaborate closely with merchant partners and other business units to organize and execute workshops and activities to enhance customer experience and engagement
  • Segmentation of customer database for more structured and effective campaigns
  • Manage and generate reports and analysis for all CRM initiatives
  • Explore opportunities to expand member base by closely collaborate with merchant partners, shopping malls and other business units

Requirement & Qualification

  • 6+ years hands-on CRM experience in Retail / FMCG industry
  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Quantitative Marketing or related disciplines
  • Strong track record of success in managing CRM initiatives, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Strong sense in data analysis and able to transform data into actionable insight
  • Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Innovative, proactive, independent, able to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
