CRM Business Analyst


Amaris is recruiting a Business Analyst under permanent position in order to sustain its growth over APAC.

Participate in planning, analysis and design sessions for new features to be developed

Work with key users to collect necessary requirements to deliver the high level functional specifications and then ensure their validation

Contribute to the coordination of third parties, such as vendors, outsourced partners, or parent companies, to ensure the delivery of solutions across domains and technologies remain aligned

Provide support to the development and test team so that they can develop and test the features as per business requirement

Ideal candidate

Proven work experience as a Business Analyst of at least 3 years, referrably with experience in retail and/or CRM systems

Ability to draw flowcharts that represents an algorithm, workflow, or process, preferred

Attention to details and strong interpersonal communication skills, with excellent analytical and organization skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field

Fluent English and Cantonese
