My client is a luxury jewelry retail brand and they are looking for energetic caliber to join their team.



  • Plan and formulate CRM strategies, campaigns and events for worldwide market
  • Deliver CRM strategies to retain existing customers, increase brand loyalty and expand the brand
  • Work closely with retail team to ensure CRM efficiency
  • Prepare CRM & Sales related reports and analysis



  • Degree in Business/Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years experience in CRM within luxury retail industry
  • Excellent communications skill and detail minded
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadline
  • Proficient in Microsoft especially excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
