JOB SUMMARY

A close partner to the Retail and Marketing function.  The role is responsible for managing the brand’s regional consumer database and develop successful CRM programs.

I.  Data Maintenance and Analytics

  • Ensure gold-standard data capture for the brand’s CRM program
  • Help develop data analytic capability for the regional brand team

II. Consumer insights

  • Extract valuable consumer insights for the Retail team with the goal of supporting business
  • Provide insights to the Marketing function to ideate consumer engagement program

III. Manage Loyalty Program

  • Help develop consumer touchpoints for Loyalty Program
  • Communicate and engage with local clientele in direct retail markets
  • Manage activation calendar for the program

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

        I.            Data Capture

  • Working with Senior Regional Marketing Manager, to develop tactics to capture consumer data at retail channels
  • Ensure database is segmented effectively for targeted retail/marketing tactics
  • Working with the Technical team, to ensure the standard of data captured

      II.            Data Analytics

  • Help develop customer journey mapping through analyzing consumer touch points with the brand
  • Provide regular consumer analytics reports to Retail and Marketing team to develop consumer engagement strategies
  • Monitor customer lifetime value strategies and identify levers to maximize profitability
  • Develop testing tactics for CRM program

    III.            Loyalty Programs

  • Develop in direct retail markets a CRM within retail and cross-functional colleagues that includes implementation of a Training module for CRM principals and customer data collection culture
  • Ensure data practices are well implemented across the organization
  • Management of the Marketing Data Warehouse, Campaign Management and Reporting Tool; key driver of the agency relationship
  • Drive CRM programs that grow local clientele and sales
  • Manage CRM calendar to ensure sufficient touch points all year round    

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • University Graduate (Marketing / Business / Communication related disciplines)
  • 3+ years’ experience of hands-on CRM experiences in Retail or FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills and number sense
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Curious with a positive and can-do attitude; attention to detail
  • Experience working with outside venders
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
