CRM Manager – Leading Tech Startup -  Regional Role

A leading APAC tech & mobile startup in Hong Kong are looking for a talented CRM Manager to join their regional team. The role will allow the chance to work on CRM strategy, manage a team of two and work developing and improving the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective CRM strategy
  • Proactively improve and optimise customer communications
  • Manage and set team targets
  • Help develop regional CRM strategy
  • Life-time-value: maximise the LTV of the customer by creating and implementing an industry-leading customer retention strategy
  • Database: take ownership of the customer database, as one of the primary assets of the company. Segment and optimise the database to maximise revenue while ensuring maximum customer engagement.

The Candidate:

  • Minimum five years working inside of CRM and Data Analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experience inside of tech is a plus
  • Must have experience of writing reports inside of CRM
