Job Description

My client is an international beauty brand and they are looking for an energetic caliber to join their team.


  • Implement CRM initiatives
  • Design and develop customer journey, manage customer acquisition, retention, engagement and reactivation
  • Responsible for the loyalty program and VIP events
  • Prepare CRM report and analysis for business insight
  • Conduct regular analysis on market data
  • Conduct regular analysis on market data, member, stores etc.
  • Provide customer segmentation and details to drive CRM events and campaign
  • Manage member database and loyalty systems
  • Support WeChat account postings


  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Over 6 years' experience in CRM, preferable in beauty/retail industry
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
