CRM Manager, Luxury Brand

Job Description:
A reputable luxury retail brand with presence in Asia is seeking for a high caliber to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop long term strategy on customer acquisition and retention. Build sustainable CRM program to stimulate repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to generate insights that benefit to the business and long term growth.
  • Perform segmentation of customers and develop unique campaigns to target each group and achieve optimal sales result.
  • Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to refine CRM programs.
  • Assist in system implementation and data migration.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder and minimum 8 years experience in CRM or Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge in consumer data analysis, loyalty program formation, O2O communication.
  • Experience in luxury events and marketing programs.
  • Solid experience in customer acquisition, segmentation and retention.
  • Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
