CRM Manager

A leading Italian fashion business is seeking a committed and hands-on CRM Manager to design and deliver a solid CRM strategy for the growing retail business in Hong Kong and Macau. Based in Hong Kong, the CRM Manager will report directly to the GM of Marketing, and work closely with the Brand, Digital, PR, Marketing and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a CRM tool, analysis and customer loyalty scheme;
  • Develop the existing customer segmentation and integrate into new CRM journey;
  • Build and segment customer contact lists to ensure maximum engagement and best possible results; and
  • Design CRM activities such as email, SMS and integrate into social media campaigns.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or above;
  • 5 years of relevant experience in managerial role of customer relationship management preferably with exposure in luxury fashion brands;
  • Solid project management and planning experience required;
  • Candidates with experience in database management preferred; and
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
