Responsible for the Retail and CRM projects, and to align with the IT strategy and business goals at the most effective and efficient way
Closely work with different business units to discuss an enterprise level Digital and CRM solution
Build and maintain a robust Retail CRM infrastructure and the eComm platform
Leverage the latest mobile and digital technology to enhance the instore experience
Project manage the online and offline CRM initiatives
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Marketing or Computer/ IT-related discipline
Minimum 10 years of working experience and of which at least 5 years in business analyst role, retail exposure is highly preferable
Experience in building and maintaining the Retail CRM Big Data analytics platform to meet the business needs
Experience in developing eComm platforms (internal) and partnership with external 3rd party operator
Positive, energetic and team oriented
14 months’ salary package
