Reports to: Engagement & CRM Manager Department: Brand Insights and Marketing Communications (BIM)
The role will manage CRM engagement with a focus on non-air proposition benefits and partnerships.
Support in member communications including e-communications, social media, digital experience and other marketing materials in acordance to the loyalty programme
Support in MPO members events and engagement activities
Execute non-air propositional benefits for MPO members
Manage existing partnerships
Review and track benefits usage
Handle reciprocal offers for partners
Support any ad-hoc projects
Bachelor Degree in communications or related discipline
2 – 3 years of relevant expereinces in communications and engagement
Excellent presentation and coordination skills.
Experience with CRM or loyalty programme and English copywriting is advantageous
Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese
