Handle customer inquiries via in/out bound calls and message to establish good and sustainable customer relationship
Provide quality and instant customer service to customers on beauty treatment and booking management
Make warm calls from database to schedule new booking or introduce new services
Promote & cross-sell company products/services
Report problems, potential crisis to supervisor for service improvement
Resolve complaint in professional manner
Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects when required
Solid experience in customer service, call center experience is advantage
Excellent phone manner and customer service skill
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Customer-oriented and able to response to different types of characters
Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcome
Immediately available is highly preferable
