Provide first-level customer service, hotline to the customers
Handle day-to-day enquires and requested from customers via phone
Cooperate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
Proficient in spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Pro-active, self-motivated, and pleasant personality
Able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skills
Good computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
