DJRecruit Asia Limited is currently based in Hong Kong, with a remit to expand into other major locations across Asia to service our clients. We offer services in retained and contingency search for permanent, interim management / contract and onsite staff, including recruitment solutions for large scale projects.
Our Client is a well-funded startup who has recently released a smart digital ledger application that can be used to track and analyze spending used for digital spending. They are backed by one of the most prestigious VC in the world for this ground-breaking project. They currently have 5 – 7 engineers in both software engineer and Data analysts, also the founders have experience in running startups and successfully exited startups before. So this candidate will be working closely with the founder to build this application, the candidate will be expected to have solid experience in team leading, project management and a solid background in software engineer. This candidate would need to R&D on the latest technologies to understand if the technologies can be applied for business application.


  • Managing a team of 10 to develop this state-of-the-art payment solution
  • Interview potential candidates for hiring purpose
  • Setting up workflow methodology to monitor project completion progress
  • R&D on new technologies and handpicking technological trend
  • Estimating budget for annual IT cost and new headcounts
  • Setting project timelines and ensure that the project is delivered on time


  • PHD or Master in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Experience in leading a team of 5 software engineers or more
  • Familiar with modern technology stack such as: Java, C#, Python etc.
  • 3 years+ experience in developing enterprise level software
  • Familiar with running SPRINT meetings and setting project timeline
  • Knowledge on payment system, internet security, credit card system
  • Able to speak fluent English and work in an international environment
