Cultural Coordinator

The ideal candidate will work with Eaton HK’s Directors of Culture to deliver programmes and projects relating to the core values of the brand: arts, social and environmental impact and wellness. Programmes include film screenings, exhibitions, concerts, artist in residencies, community radio, panel discussions, etc.


• Coordinate with different departments to support the production and delivery of programmes/projects
• Coordinate with different departments to communicate programmes/projects internally and externally
• Administrative support to the Directors of Culture
• General pre-event and event logistical coordination
• For artwork and exhibition production, liaise and coordinate with manufacturer or installer


• Relevant work or internship experience working in cultural organisations and managing public programmes
• Interest and knowledge in contemporary art and culture or other art related subjects
• Organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to solve problems resourcefully and tactfully
• Outgoing, and organised team player who is also able to work effectively on an individual basis
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Chinese and English word-processors, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop
• A degree in arts and humanities preferred
