Custodian Administration Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist to lead a small team to execute goals and strategies
• Provide professional middle office administration in relation to corporate trust, agent and fund custodian related services
• Liaise with stakeholders effectively and facilitate smooth operations of Custodian
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Laws, Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines, preferably with experience in SFC authorized funds regulations, KYC, FATCA & CRS related matters
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relative business
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
