Customer Account Representative

Sierra Wireless

Sales support for multiple product markets in Asia Pacific
Management of relationships with key customers in Asia Pacific in relation to: order management, front-line customer service, logistics coordination and resolution of customer issues
Interface and coordinate with Operations, Product Management and Finance to ensure timely deliveries of customer product
Participate in daily planning meetings to coordinate current and forward looking customer requirements
Effectively communicate delivery schedules and schedule changes to customers/sales
Purchase Order Processing and database entry
Manage and update the customer database
Be responsible for the maintenance and distribution of customer reports, together with additional reports required by the sales department

Minimum of 5 years in an administrative or sales support role, a degree in related field would be an asset
Team player with strong customer service experience
Self-starter, strong initiative, internally motivated
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment, excellent organizational and time management skills
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office – strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Experience in a sales environment
